Located across the street from the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Hampton Inn | Home2 Suites is a unique dual-branded hotel. At the project’s initial inception, it was set to be the first of its kind. Designers were challenged to blend and balance the design styles and personalities of both brands into one hotel lobby, while adding influences from the active city of Las Vegas. It was important to the owner, a Las Vegas native, that the hotel feel authentic to the city. Thus, “hello LoVe” was born. Hello LoVe provides an exciting, thematic message with an underlying sense of positivity and sentiment. The integration of modern neon creates a connection to classic Las Vegas, while creating a timeless look and moments of excitement. Visually, the impact of the large-scale L & V creates a connection to the location while introducing some local culture – the residents of Las Vegas refer to it as LV. The “hello LoVe” sign at the reception desk pays homage to the iconic “Welcome to fabulous Las Vegas” sign with the “hello” in circles; however, the complete “hello LoVe” message introduces the personal, underlying spirit of strength and care within a well-known, large scale commercial city.
Bright pops of color and light in the public spaces serve as subtle references to the city’s night life and energy. Flexible seating and casegoods with access to connectivity allow guests to relax and enjoy a drink from the bar, make plans to meet-up with friends, and fire off a quick email for work. An outdoor bar, several lounges, cabanas and firepits adorn the outdoor pool and patio where guests can relax and recharge. Curated artwork and witty graphics can be found throughout the hotel tying together the property’s wit and Las Vegas flair.
